Sacred Agreement: Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Waya Soul Weaver, each session is a sacred exchange of energy, time, and intention. To honor this space, the following guidelines are in place:

  • Energy Exchange is Final: All bookings are a commitment to your journey. Payments are non-refundable as part of this sacred agreement.

  • 24-Hour Rescheduling Window: If you need to shift your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to maintain the integrity of our time together. Changes within this window cannot be accommodated.

  • Last-Minute Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the session being forfeited, as this space has been held specifically for you.
